LAND IN TRANSITIONSee how our farm has changed over time. We bought this land as a cattle ranch and turned it into an organic fruit and vegetable farm with forest and wood groves intermixed. This is near the North-East corner of our property where we decided to put our main gate for the farm. Notice how the volcano in the background slowly disappears. |
Entering the farm you are greeted by lots of flowers and various
fruit and wood trees scattered around the entry. |
From inside the farm looking out to the road. |
The rate of growth is amazing, in just 2 years our hillside has gone from barren to
a lush forest of fruit and wood trees. |

We built an open air cooking/laundry shed our first year. We came
back after the rainy season to find it landscaped beautifully by our partner
Sebastian.
