We visited Los Vahos last year and again this year. They are saunas that are built over streams which have been heated by volcanic activity. There are some small open slots in the floors of the saunas which allow the steam to enter the sauna room. They are a bit rustic, but it's amazing to think of the force that lies beneath it all, and they are definitely hot! If you would like to see a photo just click
